Consultation Requests and Treatment Planning

A consultation request does not reserve an appointment. Bonnie will assess your concerns and discuss the proposed treatment approach, timing and cost before you decide whether to proceed. The number of visits in a package does not guarantee a particular result.

Please do not include medical history or sensitive health information in the website consultation form. The team can explain how to provide information needed for your consultation.

SMS Communications
